Aaron Redfern

Grad. Dip. Building Surveying – UWS
Aaron has twenty years of experience in the Building Regulations industry in the Local Government and Private Certification sectors and holds the highest level of accreditation available to Building Surveyors (Certifiers) in New South Wales. Including his international experience as a Fire Risk Assessor in the UK, Aaron has worked on projects of various sizes and complexity across commercial, retail, residential, hospitals, aged care buildings, hotels, industrial, schools, public assembly and community buildings.
Aaron’s skills and experience provide clients with the most suitable design options and solutions for their projects, no matter how unique.
Tom Johnston
Director and Co-Founder
Bachelor of Construction Management and Property – UNSW
Certificate IV in Access Consulting – Access Institute
Associate Member – ACAA
Tom has eight years of experience in the Building Regulations industry in the Local Government and Private Certification sectors and is a qualified Access Consultant. Tom began his career with the City of Sydney Council as a Building Surveyor before moving to a large private certification company. In these roles, Tom honed his skills in building certification and compliance, including BCA and Access Consulting.
Tom’s area of expertise is large-scale commercial, retail, residential and industrial developments (including data centres). In addition, he has extensive experience in school buildings and public assembly buildings, delivering clients an all-rounded scope of skills.
